This movie was a perfect people pleaser !! I LOVED IT SO MUCH! I just love the idea that an 8 year got forgotten and left home alone, as this is something that happened quite often to my family back in the 2000's 😂 It feels like this movie was made yesterday I've watched it that many times! On top of that he was also hiding from two evil men, but thanks to his quick thinking he knew exactly what to do. I liked that because little me and my siblings learnt alot of this movie. 😆

This movie is the epitome of my childhood. Something so close to home that watching it makes me feel like I'm sitting down with an old relative and laughing at the antics they had. It's like an old Christmas ornament you can't get rid of. This movie has heart, soul and hilarity all wrapped up and tied with a neat little bow. This is the movie I want to show my kids. Something truly timeless.
